Flower essences are a therapy developed in the 1930s by Dr Edward Bach. They transform and improve energy gently and safely by dissolving mental blockages and emotional imbalances in the personality.
We shall work with various essence ranges chosen from: Bach flower remedies, English Wildflower essences (Paul Strode), Australian Bush Flowers (Ian White), Bailey essences (Arthur Bailey), Pacific Essences (Sabina Pettitt), essences of the Flower Essence Society (Patricia Kaminski & Richard Katz) and the Wild Earth animal essences of Daniel Mapel.
The intuitive choice of essences is considered very important and pendulum dowsing for selection and self-selection of essences will be taught.
You will be able to select and sample essences which improve your energy, as well as the energy of other people.
Guidance will be given in selecting from among thousands of essences using the internet and other resources.
You will be taught about vital energy, also known as qi (chi) or spirit, and how to measure it, and about the various mental and emotional states that we experience.
We will examine the causes of depression in some detail, and the essences that can help to alleviate them. Required reading for the course will be the book Treating Depression Naturally: How Flower Essences Can Help Rebalance Your Life. This will be available at a special price of £10.
